Terms of Service

Last updated: March 31, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using rust.solutions ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

rust.solutions provides a multi-service backend platform including identity management, email delivery, CRM, notifications, job queuing, file storage, theming, and administration tools. Services are accessed via REST APIs and web interfaces at subdomains of rust.solutions.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, API keys, and session tokens. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You may not share API keys or use another user's account without authorization.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform to send unsolicited bulk email (spam)
  • Store or transmit malware, illegal content, or material that infringes on others' rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or internal systems
  • Circumvent rate limits, API quotas, or security controls
  • Use the Platform for any activity that violates applicable law

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload or create through the Platform. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your data solely to provide the services you use.

6. API Usage

API access is governed by API keys issued per service. Each key is shown once at creation and cannot be retrieved afterward. Keys are scoped to the issuing service. Rate limits apply and are documented in each service's API reference at /api/docs.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, during which you may request an export. After 30 days, data will be permanently deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Platform.
